Could this be shingles?

I had a minor case of shingles about a year ago with one very minor outbreak after that. Now i have a fine red rash on my cheeks. A few days ago it also went down one side of my neck but that part has gone away. My eyes are starting to burn some. Earlier I had itching and tiny little blisters on my arm but i figured it was dry skin. Now i am having some l pain. I am also sick to my stomach and tired. Shingles!??
