When can i ghange my industrial piercing?

A plastic one never seen one of those. but i changed mine 3 days after i pierced it myself. i was gonna pierce my friends too but she was worried about the helmet touching it in softball and getting trouble. it hurt when i changed and had to push really hard. you can try to change it now or like a week or couple of days from now
