Why won't my boyfriend touch me anymore? Did I do something wrong?

We've been together for about 6 months now and weve done everything, like had and stuff. For the past week things have been weird. He barely kisses me and he won't make out with me. He lets me give him s and s and stuff but he doesn't do anything for me. I wore sweatpants with no underwear to try to get him to step it up and he put his hand down there but then took it out and didnt do anything. I just shaved and everything so I didnt know what was wrong... when we talk now all he asks is "what's wrong with you?" and stuff....it's tearing me apart inside. I've cried for the past 3 nights over it and I really don't know whats wrong. Everything was fine...did I do something wrong? he still says he loves me but lately hes been hanging out with his friends a lot more too....whats happening? :(
