Make a suggestion for a bottle of alcohol?

Jeez! Their prices per bottle are utterly outrageous. Seriously, don't pay a dime out of pocket, use only what the certificate covers. If you could get together a few friends for tails at the bar, and offer to be the designated driver, this would be much more fun. But if you would prefer to purchase a bottle, I'd either do a scotch or bourbon. The Chivas Regal (scotch), Woodford Reserve (bourbon), or Courvosier (cognac) are all sipping type liquors that should last awhile, if only offering the occasional guest.
