I would like to put a brand new engine in my stock 1997 Jeep Wranger (TJ). What would be your suggestion?

1997 Jeep Wrangler TJ 4 cyl automatic has 130K miles and no power. I want a 6 cyl motor. I will either buy a brand new 6 cyl motor from Jeep or a crate motor. I'm not a car guy. Any suggestions?
