US city with perfect weather?

I live in the midwest which has 4 seasons which is fine for some people but I've come to HATE the winters. They are dark and gloomy, cold and snowy. Is there any city in the U.S. that has close to perfect weather year-round? And my perfect weather would be little humidity, sunny days and NO winter. any thoughts?? Thanks!
