OMG why the HELL would my guy friend act like a total prick and a jerk? I need some opinions?!?

Okay so my guy friend, he teases me a lot, sings love songs using my name, and imitate my facial expressions when around mutual friends and all that, alright? But when we meet one on one, he acts like he didnt see me, and tries to avoid that situation at any how? Well.. then what about the teasing thing? I thought a guy teasing you = he likes you? Very confusing, I know. Also he ALWAYS ignore my facebook comments, and in order to prove that myself, i asked another friend of mine of which he doesnt know if to add him and talk, and he talks to her like they're old friends or smth. -__- And lately, they talked on msn, and when my friend subtly mentioned my name (telling him that she knows a friend that goes to same school as him), he kind of ignored her, and left early, and the next thing I knew, he blocked and deleted her on facebook? Omg, why did he do that? I'm SO confused, that now I'm starting to hate myself, why did I even fell for him at first place?? I feel so used up, and I think that he was playing with my feelings! I can't even get over him! =C Please. I need your honest opinions after yzing what I've said. Thank you so much for the help in advance
