Help cleaning out a Virus?

Restart PC in safe mode by tapping F-8 key, choosing "Last Known Good Configuration" from menu. Next restart back into safe mode this time choosing "Safe Mode with Networking" Download, update, run Malwarebytes. When finished and back in normal mode, download, update, run SuperAntiSpyware, Hitman Pro, ccleaner , Reset IE8 to Defaults in Options, Advanced and restart PC...
