Colleges that have good drama programs?

i think i want to study this when i finnish hs, but i have no experience so will i still be accepted with no experience? can i start to train for this in college? what can i do now to prepare better? im a junior in hs and i am in choir and drama but our drama program sucks so its not very helpfull. any advice would be helpfull and if there are any colleges or universities that you know plz list them.
