Did i eat too much today?

U must be starving. I see no decent source of protein other than the cream cheese and maybe milk if you had that in the cereal. There is not need to starve your self and worry about overeating. You can eat good, nutritious food and still maintain your weight - if that is your concern. PS don't skip breakfast and lunch. Most peoples metabolism is higher during those times. If you want to "skip" a meal have a big lunch and a smaller dinner.
