Do you smoke Herb And do you think it should be Legal?

I was recently in Sand Diego California. Had a blast ! I have a good friend who has cronic back pains from a past car crash and he has a perscribsion for medical marijuana ! I belive every place on earth should be like that! Prop 215 i think its called correct me if im wrong. I mean people shouldnt be allowed to just walk the streets smokin s but why not let the people who need the herbs have them if they have to pay the goverment so what! its no diffrent to alchol in my mind I know alchoholics ! I know stoners! huge diffrence. What do you think? Smokers non Smokers all of ya!
