well you could go to lock and load in Paradise falls , you could look around for scavengers , wasteland doctors , and just the random wanderers that are evey where for your supplies. if you have The Pitt you should try and get as much scrap metal as posible and go to the ammo press and make some ammo. if you need rad-away and stimpacks you could go to underworld and give scrap metal to one of the ghouls. if you find all the keller family transcript you should try to go to the national gaurd depo. inside there is a locked door (thats why you need the transcripts) you go through the locked door and there is a bunch of ammo, the smalls guns bobble head and some very nice wepons.
