Head fills like bbs on left side just above the ear?

Head fills like bbs on the left side. Do I need to get a Cat Scan? I also have a laze eye can this be part of this? I did not eat lunch and have not been getting to sleep till 2:00am some nights could this cause this? it goes away and comes back. Also I have not blacked out or hit my head hard.
