Is this normal cause it seems messed up!?

When I touch people I sometimes see their memories. I then spout the information and then they wonder how I know. Suddenly only my closest friends allow me to touch them and only when I am wearing gloves. Is this normal? By the way I am telling the truth unfortunately, sorry for those who are skeptical I just burst your bubble... No flames and no stakes please I burn easily.
