Was my weed laced with pcp?

we'll i awhile back it was half day and i bought i gram of this stuff the was blackish purplish and blueish and it smelled like metallic/leather so i decided to roll a joint after being really doubt full about smoking it cause iv been smoking for 2 years and i never smelled something this strange, we'll i rolled a joint for me and my friend, so we go to a park and we take about 7 hits each and we decided we were going to leave the park so when we leaving my friend was saying something and i blanked out but his voice sounded very deep, so were walking on the gr to get out of this big park and the gr was glitching as we were walking through it and everything was glitching and for one second i saw a scarecrow in the park but it disappeared so we got on the street and we ped by this store with a weird name but i forgot and we p by it again and the name seemed to change so we get to my friends house and inside my Vision was wobbling back and forth like i was drunk or something. i asked my dealer why it smelled like that and he stureded and said he burned the plastic bag. do u guys think my weed was laced?
