What is the meaning of the poem "A Sweltering Day in Australia" by Mark Twain?

This is a poem written by Mark Twain. I cannot figure out if it has some strange deeper meaning. I am also not sure if most of the words in the poem are made up, or if they are real. I am writing an essay for my AP English cl about literary devices, but I cannot find anywhere if this poem is supposed to actually have a meaning or not.
