wow that is a bummer same thing happened to me i'm a freshman i college now but I was shy and stuff around this girl at first but eventually I figured wtf and i kust stepped up and now we are way close almost togetherbut back to you. Since you have only been back to school and seen her in person for a few days give it a little time to see if your relationship sparks back up again and if it doesn't... well your in college and theres plenty of good girls out there that you can find... and that may make her think of what she is missing out on so she will think of you.... hopefully this makes sense to you but whatever you do bro stay happy don't get down on yourself
