What kind of trouble would I get in if by the Coast Guard for swimming from Pelee Island to South B Island?

uming I got caught. And uming I don't drown. And don't bother telling me not to try it. I'm a great swimmer and I know how rough the seas there can be, I've been there by boat. Somebody's got to be the first one to do it. I'm gonna die someday anyway, if I drown, the planet will still revolve. But I won't drown anyway, I'll make it. I'm more concerned about getting plowed over by the Rocket or getting caught by Canadian or US Coast Guard.
